Our Acro class for ages 8 and up combines the artistry of dance with the athleticism of gymnastics, helping students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. At this level, dancers learn more advanced tumbling and acrobatic skills, including handstands, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, and controlled floor sequences.

The class emphasizes proper technique, body alignment, and safe progression, while also encouraging creativity and performance quality. Students gain confidence, improve overall fitness, and have fun exploring the exciting fusion of dance and acrobatics.
